I don’t think you need a lawyer to Trademark something — acutally it’s Copyright that you would want to do with a story. All you have to do is put Copyright 1993 by [yourname]. I think these pictures are great and I love the alliteration of the title — is there more?
Peter, thanks for stopping buy!!!!!!! This is terrific. Also, thanks for the tips on Copyright, however from a merchandising standpoint, I think I would need a trademark for the little characters, such as the one Cabbage Patch got for their Bunny Bee
I am unsure of when they got the trademark, but I am sure sad it was not me that got it first. 
Actually, I do have more characters and other stories. Plus, I have a musical score for BunnnyBees. LOL…Seriously, I do.
